here is my public declaration of being done with philly d for being racist.
I’ve followed you for years and turned so many blind eyes to so many statements but NO LONGER! I’M FREE AT LAST!
Are you really surprised? I mean, c’mon, look at him.
popular white male youtubers being racist
breaking news what a surprise
why am i so utterly unsurprised at a white youtuber in his 20s, owner of angry birds merchandise and a poster that says “love” made of guns, calling a black woman “Rachet McSloppy Ass”
how can he think his opinion is relevant when hes speaking in front of a couch full of angry birds plushies
what a trash ass tub of mayo
him and Shane Dawson are so gross I wake up everyday thankful that I’m not them
I’m honestly confused as to where this was racist…. like there’s no mention of race… at all.
Ratchet is a term essentially meaning that something or someone is unclassy/foolish.
McSloppy Ass is a made up name that says “Hey, this person made an ass of themself.”
Am I missing something? Does he say that because she’s black she’s foolish? I assume anyone attacking someone unprovoked is foolish, regardless of race. Is it because the above people associate ratchet with black people, so they make the assumption that he’s being racist, even though he is using the term correctly? I’ve never heard ratchet as having a racial connotation.
I am quite willing to discuss this if someone would please explain. I’m genuinely confused.
Pine, you’re fine. These people are just wanna-be revolutionaries looking for a cause. This kind of ignorant bs pisses me off because it distracts from legitimate debate. We’re creating a, “boy who cried wolf” scenario for ourselves and diminishing the value of our words when we (meaning the black community as a whole) make illegitimate arguments like this one. Smh, rebels without a cause, looking in all the wrong places.
